Residential Training
Facilitation Training
in Family Constellations
This residential training is designed for participants who have already completed a core training in Family Constellations and wish to progress their skills in Facilitation Practice.
Focus will be on the professional development of all participants as they move towards the Facilitation of Constellations in their individual practice. Working in a Residential Setting, participants will benefit from time out for reflection as part of their own personal and professional journey.
Offering 32 hours of CPD, this Training will build on skills and theory acquired in your basic training and allow each participant practice facilitation of a constellation in a small group setting. A number of full constellations will be facilitated over the weekend that will demonstrate various aspects of theory and practice. There will be opportunities to discuss and learn from other group members.
Inputs, exercises and practice will focus on aspects of the Constellation Process, as well as examining different approaches and the importance of Choosing the Right Lens.
